Committee Volunteers
The Group is guided by a dedicated committee of unpaid volunteers, chosen and trusted by its members to oversee all activities.
This committee brings together a Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and additional members, each playing an active role in planning, organising, and delivering the Group’s arts-related activities.
Being a Committee Member
The key qualities are enthusiasm, a passion for sharing ideas, and a willingness to be part of the friendly team that helps make everything happen.
Helping to set up weekly meetings, offering a warm welcome to new members, recruiting models, arranging still-life displays, organising exhibitions, looking after refreshments, and acting as a positive ambassador for Stafford Art Group.
Commitment
Committee meetings are held around six times each season to coordinate and plan activities, review the accounts, agree expenditure, and share ideas.
