Mushroom Effects.

Although quite an unusual theme for this week's challenge, it enabled many of us to experiment and explore in shape, colour and also media. As always, we also learnt plenty of unknown facts about the theme- mushrooms as medicinal aids, both historic as used in field dressings in WW1, and future as a support for chemotherapy. Thanks to Margaret for her research on the topic.

We welcomed new member Neil, who shared some of his delightful  wide range of works.

Keith made a most enjoyable presentation on John Singer Sargent. All the members thoroughly enjoy this snapshots of a famous artists, which helped  to show so much more than the handful of pictures for which  the artist is famous.
