Have a good sniff!

Feeling a bit down, lacking in energy? Well, try this ...

Put one hand on your abdomen and pull it in whilst sniffing out through your nostrils at the same time.  Repeat 10 times.  It is a technique used in Yoga and should energise you. Take care not to do it too many times as this can make you a bit high!
